- Upstair with Kitchen: $500 (Minimum deposit $125 – non-refundable)
- Upstairs only Without Kitchen: $450 (Minimum deposit $112.50 – non-refundable)
- Individual Renting (Seminars, Classes, Workshops): $50.00/hr
- Handicapped Accessible
- Max Occupancy: 250
- Dimensions: 40 x 75 ft
Downstairs:
- Downstairs with Kitchen: $150 (Minimum deposit $37.50 – non-refundable)
- Downstairs only without Kitchen: $100 (Minimum deposit $25 – non-refundable)
- Individual Renting (Seminars, Classes, Workshops): $35.00/hr
- Max Occupancy: 75
- Security/Damage Deposit (Refundable) : $100.00
Additional Service:
- Night Before Decorating Availability: Additional $50.00
