Registration Validity and Timeline
Snowmobile registrations expire on June 30th annually. Get ahead of the winter rush by registering your snowmobile beginning October 1st each year.
What You Need for Snowmobile Registration
Preparation is key to a smooth registration experience, whether you’re renewing or registering for the first time.
For re-registrations:
- Your previous year’s registration document.
- The vin number or the last registration sticker number and year if the previous registration is unavailable.
For new registrations:
- Dealer Sale: A bill of sale confirming that tax has been paid.
- Private Sale: A bill of sale detailing the year, make, VIN number, and purchase price.
Registration Costs:
- Resident: $60.00
- Non-Resident (3 days): $80.00
- Non-Resident (10 days): $105.00
- Non-Resident (Full Season): $125.00
A processing fee of 2.5% applies for all Credit/Debit card transactions, whether registering online or in person.
